At HammerHead®, we stand behind the durability and quality of our home hardware; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware components and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
